Salmon wrap
Serves 4 portions
Ingredients
3 tortillas (soft)
100g of smoked salmon in slices
2 spring onions thinly chopped
1 lime
Some spread cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
1) Cut the lime in segments. Then cut the segments into small bits. Blend the lime bits and the chopped spring onion in a bowl.
2) Put one tortilla on a plate or a mat. Spread the cheese on it then sprinkle with the onion/lime mixture. Roll up the tortilla and put on a plate. Continue with the rest of the ingredients.
3) Put the plate in your fridge for at least 4 hours. Ideally, prepare it on the day before.
Cut it diagonally (see picture)
Tip : Use your imagination to change the ingredients ! Keep the tortilla and the cheese ingredients and change the rest. E.g. works well with thinly chopped tomatoes, garlic and basil. Or smoked ham (Parma like) and little bits of melon.
