Red & green goat cheese sandwich
Ingrédients :
Goat cheese (fresh stick, crumbled)
1 tomato, sliced
4 basil leaves
1/2 small onion
Tomato and garlic tapenade (e.g. Sacla)
Green olive tapenade
1/3 baguette (or crispy rolls)
Preparation :
Cut the baguette in two halves. Spread the green tapenade on one side and the red tapenade on the other side. Sprikle bits of goat cheese on one side (or spread it if it's very soft).
Lay the tomato slices on the other side and top it with onions and basil.
Now, the tricky bit : how do the two sides meet without anything falling ? I leave it up to you :)
